Bayrock Natural Stone Terms and Conditions


Bayrock Natural Stone is able to advise a preferred installation of the material, but does not take responsibility for damages caused during the installation of the product. Installation is up to the discretion and expertise of the contractor/installer. Bayrock Natural Stone covers damages that do not meet promised quality of longevity and durability. If such an issue were to arise, officers of Bayrock Natural Stone will inspect the material at the site of the damage to assess cause of damage.

Product Quality

Natural stone is subject to change piece by piece and lot by lot as it is a product of nature.  Changes in color, veining, and texture are expected variations; therefore, Bayrock Natural Stone is not responsible for such variations. When making additional orders, it is the buyer’s responsibility to match the lot before the order is sent.


Customer is responsible to pay for all delivery charges including, but not limited to: Bayrock Natural Stone delivery charges, UPS, FedEx, and third party LTL shippers. Delivery charges are treated as product charges, therefore failure to pay delivery charges will result in reporting to credit bureau. Bayrock Natural Stone is not responsible for damages caused on route in the case that in-house delivery methods are not used (ex: UPS, Fed Ex, etc.). It is your responsibility to let us know of any special delivery requests at the time the order is placed such as blind delivery, jobsite delivery, etc. Bayrock Natural Stone is not responsible for damages caused by detention of the material or unloading the material. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, extra charge for delivery will be add on for the returned material.


Bayrock Natural Stone accepts payment via cash, check, credit/debit card, and wire transfer. Payments using a Visa/Mastercard require an additional 3% handling fee and payments using American Express require an additional 4% handling fee. Failure to pay all charges listed on the invoice will result in reporting to the credit bureau.  Credit terms can be discussed after three Cash On Delivery (“COD”) payments. Once the deposit payment received, we will hold your material for 2 weeks. After this period, $25 per create per month handling & storage fee will be applied.


Bayrock Natural Stone does not accept returns for credit after 30 days of the delivery. All claims of shortages or damages must be made in the same day the delivery is completed. All sales are final returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all collection cost. Under no circumstance can the product be returned tampered, fabricated, or used. Using the product is a confirmation that it has met your requirements. No claims after installation.

Custom Job

All Custom orders must be discussed with company’s chief decision maker before placed to manufacturer and a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of order. Custom orders are finalized before production begins; therefore returns will not be accepted after production has begun.

Buyer is obligated to abide by the above terms and conditions which override that which is stated on purchase order. Should any negotiations be made, both parties must be present and the terms expressed in a written agreement and signed by both parties.
